We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, here's how we handle it.
Wrong size or color? Take a look at our Size Guide before ordering to help avoid this in the first place — but if it still happens, we'll gladly send you a free exchange. You just cover the cost of shipping the replacement; you don't need to send the original back to us.
Item arrived damaged, misprinted, or wrong? That one's on us — we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. Just email us a quick photo so we can get it sorted fast.
Package never showed up? Let us know and we'll look into it with the carrier.
Because every item is made just for you, we're not able to accept general returns for buyer's remorse — but if something's genuinely wrong, we'll make it right.
