Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, please email us at merch.43northbroadway@gmail.com and we'll work with you to find a fair solution. Below are the specifics of how we handle common situations.

Made-to-Order Products

Every item at 43NB is printed and produced specifically for you after you place your order. Because of this, we're not able to accept general returns for buyer's remorse (for example, if you simply change your mind or no longer want the item). We ask that you review product descriptions and our size chart carefully before ordering.

Wrong Size or Color

Please check our size chart before ordering — it's the best way to make sure you get the right fit the first time.

If you ordered the wrong size or color, we're happy to offer one free exchange per order. We'll cover the cost of producing your replacement item — you're only responsible for the shipping cost to send the new item to you. You do not need to send your original item back to us.

To request a size or color exchange, email merch.43northbroadway@gmail.com within 30 days of your order date with your order number and the size/color you'd like instead.

Damaged, Misprinted, or Wrong Item Received

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, we've got you covered — no questions asked. Email us at merch.43northbroadway@gmail.com within 30 days of your order date with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method, your choice.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows your order was never delivered, please let us know within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can look into it with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method with no restocking or processing fees. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Non-Returnable Situations

Because our products are made to order, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Orders where the size/color exchange window (30 days from order date) has passed
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or use beyond trying them on

How to Start a Return, Exchange, or Refund Request

Email merch.43northbroadway@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the issue (plus a photo, if applicable). We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
