This Privacy Policy describes how 43NB ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from 43nb.com (the "Site"). If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to the collection, processing, and disclosure of your personal information.

Personal Information We Collect

How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

We use the Order Information to:

  • Fulfill orders placed through the Site (including sharing information with our production and fulfillment partners so they can print and ship your order)
  • Communicate with you
  • Screen orders for potential risk or fraud
  • Provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services, in line with your preferences

We use the Device Information to help us screen for potential risk and fraud, and to improve and optimize the Site (for example, by generating analytics about how customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

Sharing Your Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use it as described above.

  • Printful and Apliiq — our print-on-demand production and fulfillment partners, who receive your name, shipping address, and order details in order to print and ship your order.
  • Payment processors — Shopify Payments and/or other payment processors used at checkout, who process your payment information directly and securely. We do not store your full payment card details.
  • Omnisend — our email and SMS marketing platform, which we use to send order updates and (with your consent) marketing communications.
  • Judge.me — our product review platform, which collects and displays reviews and photos you choose to submit.
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and TikTok — used for analytics and advertising purposes, including retargeting ads based on your activity on our Site. These platforms may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect information about your browsing activities.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Behavioral Advertising

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control

Our website recognizes the Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signal, which allows you to opt out of certain uses or disclosures of your information. If you notify us of your preference through GPC, we will treat that signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information — and any use of it for targeted advertising — for the associated browser or device. If we're able to associate the device sending the signal with an account on our Site, we will apply the opt-out request to that account as well. Other than the Global Privacy Control, we do not currently recognize other "Do Not Track" signals that may be sent from your web browser or device.

Your Rights (California Residents)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to be informed of the categories of Personal Information we have collected about you and whether we disclosed that Personal Information for a business purpose. You may also have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your Personal Information, and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your Personal Information (as those terms are defined under California law), which may include our use of advertising cookies and pixels described above.
